Shipping Policy
- FREE Shipping is available on most orders over $99 and with a shipping weight under 30 lbs that are shipped to the continental United States. Some special sales may be excluded from this offer.
- Flat Rate Shipping of $5.99 is available on all orders under $99 and with a shipping weight under 30 lbs that are shipped to the continental United States.
- All other orders will be assessed the corresponding UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal Service shipping cost for their weight and destination. The shipping cost can be estimated BEFORE you checkout by using the "Calculate Shipping" tool found on the shopping cart page.
- Military Address Orders (FPO, APO and DPO) are shipped through the US Postal Service only and will be assessed the corresponding USPS shipping cost for their weight and destination.
- Most in stock orders will ship the same day if placed before 3 PM est. Most other orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Please allow extra time for processing and shipping in some instances due to COVID-19 shipping carrier delays.
- Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day service is also available for most orders. Please note that selecting this option does not guarantee that the order will ship the same day and only reflects the amount of business days in transit once your order has shipped.
- Delivery to P.O. Boxes is available through the U.S. Postal Service only.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
-International shipping is not available.
Return Policy
You have 30 days to return an item from the day you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in the same condition that it was received in. Due to the consumable nature of the products sold on this website, open or used products cannot be returned. Please contact us for an RMA authorization number prior to sending your item back as any return without the proper RMA number will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, a refund or replacement order will be shipped after the shipping carrier has conducted their loss/damage investigation. Please allow up to 7 business days for this process and DO NOT discard of any shipping or packaging materials in the case of a damaged product delivery. Replacements will be shipped using the shipping method that the customer selected on the original order.
