Consume 15-30 minutes before training.
Mix 21 grams (about 1 scoop) with 6-8 fl oz of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes prior to workout. Shake before use; store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Warnings:This product contains caffeine and yohimbe bark extract. Not intended for use by persons under age 18 or those that are sensitive to beta alanine, caffeine or yohimbe. Do not consume with any other stimulant, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing yohimbe bark extract, phenylephrine, amphetamine, or caffeine. Do not use if you are pregnant or are nursing, or if you are taking any medications, including but not limited to, maoi inhibitors, anti-depressants, aspirin, nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory drugs or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, amphetamine, or other stimulants. Do not use if you have a medical condition, including, but not limited to, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Immediately discontinue use if you experience dizziness, headache, nausea, or heart palpitations.
If you have trouble sleeping, do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling or flushing sensation. Consult your physician before using this product if you are taking any medications or are under a physician's care for a medical condition. Using this product in combination with 1) organic nitrate medications such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide, 2) erectile dysfunction drugs, 3) blood thinner medications, or 4) medications related to lowering blood pressure may cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure. Discontinue use and contact your physician if you experience dizziness or fainting. Do not consume more than 1 serving in a 24 hour period. Do not combine with alcohol. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program, and drink at least 100 fl oz of water per day. Exercise may increase your need for fluid intake. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended dose.
